Ideal first home for new residents, will easily fit on a 512 sq m plot of land. Although 98 prims, it comes fully furnished so very little needs to be added. All furnishings are unlinked and can be removed to provide extra prims if needed. Supplied in a Rez-Faux box making rezzing and positioning a piece of cake! :-) Also comes with privacy windows, instructions provided. Says No Modify but this only applies to scripts used in the windows and lighting.
