Huge Retro Sci-Fi Steampunk building, made in 2 parts for too wide to link.
Main entrance is a 40 meter tower with welcome area. On top is a dome. There, at observatory, you can watch the stars with your lover at romantic SL nights.
Main living area has very customizeable glass roof on top floor, with iron shutters, wooden walls and carpet. Maybe useful for an exhibition and large enough for most stores or a massive greenhouse.
2 big rooms at bottom floor, perfect for bar, dancefloor and such things.
The roof parts (windows, shutters, lights, beams) can be edited with path cut to fit your needs.
Building is unscripted.

Rez in edit mode (CMD 3 on mac, STRG 3 on windows) to allow for easy building manipulation.
This lets you rez the parts together selected, so you can easy move complete building into position.

Not perfect, no quality
Nice building at first view. But at a close look, it comes with some mistakes, which were avoidable.
Not only the framework in 2nd floor is incomplete, the telescope looks ugly, but the most superfluous mistake are the not-working elevators. Not only scripts are missing, one shaft is closed by a lid.
If you want use this item, much postwork is waiting for you. No manual provided for beginners (WTF is path cut?).
Such a nice building but sadly many careless mistakes. Not more than 2 stars possible.
