Use this steampunk inspired megaphone to shout in style or send popup notices to people around you.

Great gadget to get the message out to people in style! Use the chat repeater to rebroadcast your local chat into a shout to speak to people locally as well as long distances, for large gatherings, used as an amplifier for events, etc. Also has a popup sender so you can send information/attentions/notices/or friendly greetings to those around!

Great animated effects, the back glass over the gears have a very slight smoky animation to give the effect of movement, as well as steam coming from the small smoke exhaust pipe and spinning bauble to indicate that the megaphone is "on".The effects can be toggled on and off with just a touch by the owner.

All features are controlled by the owner only!

The megaphone comes with a notecard with a README title so you always have the instructions on how to use the features.

Features:
Chat repeater / Popup sender / Toggle animations

* Chat repeater:
To activate type:
mic on
To turn off type:
mic off
This will repeat all chat by the owner said in local chat and will repeat it in a shout. This allows the owner to address folks nearby as well as in a 100 meter radius (shout range). The megaphone will shout everything the owner says until turned off.

Example:
Cito Karu: mic on
Megaphone: Microphone on: Messages repeated in shout.
Cito Karu: This is a test
Megaphone shouts: Cito Karu: This is a test

* Popup sender
To activate use channel 9.
This will send a dialog box popup to people in a 96 meter radius around the megaphone and send back to the owner only the list of names that recieved the popup notice. Due to LSL limitations the sensor function is limited to up to 16 people. So for example if you wished to send a popup saying Hello Everybody then you would type:

/9 Hello Everybody

* Animations
To Activate simply touch to turn on
touch again to turn off.
This is simply just for looks, turning on will activate the small steam particle effect and the spinning "wings". Touching the megaphone again will turn off the particle effects and the spinning "wings".

All scripts and features are mono compiled and will only respond to the owner of the object. Be careful using the popup sender as spamming can be considered griefing.
