Note this is an older prim and sculpt build. Leaving it up as some folks still like that. Deeply discounted from its prime price :D.
The Steampunk Observation Floater "floats" above ground letting you see the landscape. Rich in texture with a variety of sculpted details, it is definitely eye-catching.
SL lighting is built in for evening parties or quiet conversations. There are no BRIGHT parts if that happens to be against your sim covenant.
The 93 prim build doesn't move of course. It is stationary and "floats" only in imagination. Four rotating fans keep the balloons aloft and make a tiny bit of electricity (complete with subtle effects). The open air 10 x 10 meter platform has plenty of space for seating and friends.

Wood and woven reeds, hand-woven balloon fabric and tarnished metal all help create the effect of other times and places.
