Background:
The murderous Luken Atugonbye was a villainous stalker who would follow his intended victims for weeks, watching their every move. After determining their most vulnerable moment, he would then kill his victims in the way that they most feared.
After decades of evading the Authorities. Luken Atugonbye was finally cornered with no escape and subsequently killed himself, rather than paying for his heinous crimes, ending his long killing spree.
It has been said that the ghost of Luken Atugonbye still lurks, waiting and watching.
