Unfurnished version available. This low prim fully furnished home is a beauty on any lot. Fits 30x30 area and extremely moderate prim usage. Table and pit group sofa are temp rezzed for prim saving and may need to be slightly adjusted on placement once house is fully set in place. Packaged in a lovely builder buddy plant.
