These shops are designed for general use. They are modifiable, so you can change the textures or customise them in other ways.
The "Small Shop (Single)" has a 10m x 10m footprint, while all others are 20m x 20m.
To keep the number of prims down, the larger shops use megaprims, but only on the floor, roof and inner walls.
