The stool is copy and mod(scripts are no mod).
If you click on the stool you will get a menu with 8 sitting animations.The sitting position is fully adjustable for all the animations.
You can choose between 16 different textures(HUD driven).
You can change the access level,you can choose between ALL,OWNER or GROUP.

So I needed a tall chair for a post office. Not exactly like I was envisioning. But I love them. 1 LI simple hud. And 8 perfect animations for sitting. Really nice LOD on them as well. And a unbelievable price.
