STORE - CHARLESTON RENIERD 1
The design of Charleston shops is based on Victorian, Edwardian and Soutern US Style. The inspiration came from the Rainbow Row shops in Charleston South Carolina US. All build in mesh that takes care for a highly detailed shop but still a low landimpact.
The shop has a footprint of 47 x 40 m and has a land impact of 171. It has a 3 floors to display your merchandise. The bay windows are excellent spots for mannequins. The shop has two entrances what makes it even more accessible for your clients
On the ground floor, before the bay windows and the windows at the archway is a transparent prim added. This because some merchants like to have more wall space. By selecting that prim and change the prim to non transparent you have extra wall space.
A roomy easy to walk on staircase brings you to the 2nd & 3 th floor.
The archway around gives room to display add boards or a cozy sit for your clients.
The archway is not linked to the shop, so you can set up the shop without it which saves you 58 LI
.
