A quaint countryside cottage. When I finished this build, it reminded me of the cottages in Grimm fairytale stories, so I named it Story Book Cottage. Everything inside the garden wall is included in this build.
Outside: two trees, two water pools with water animation, fireflies, beams, bushes and flowers. Sounds include crickets. Also 3 rocks with sitting animations.
Inside: A lower floor one-room living/dining area and fireplace with touch on/off crackling fire and an upper floor circular bedroom loft with outside stair access.
Trees, rocks, and rose vases are not linked to the build and can be easily moved, replaced, or deleted. Plants are linked in two sets (left and right) and are sculpties (see below).
The ground under the cottage is not linked so that you can use it or easily delete it and have your own ground for the cottage yard.
This is in a Rez-Faux system. Move the rez box to adjust and position your cottage, then remove it. Always keep a copy of the original rez box in the event something happens to your cottage and you need to rez a new one.
