Item is copy/modify so it is possible to change clock glass, clock face, hour and minute hands or change colors/textures in clock part or pole.
You can also strecth clock smaller or bigger to fit inside or to be seen over town. Changing clock size bigger may change land impact.
Containing script (no mod) allows owner change time zone and reset clock simpy by toughing clock face.
