I have been a sim builder for close to 10 years now. And the one thing I keep getting asked is if I am willing to teach people how to build. So I decided to do just that.
The one thing that I use to think about is people have to pay to have a full sim built for them that would cost them between 50,000L and 80,000L and at the end of the day you still dont own anything except your sim. So now I am offering to help you learn how to build your own sim. That way you can make any alterations yourself and you will own it all and give you ideas to further expand your designs or change them at will.
I will teach you what to look for when buying items. How to edit items. How to texture them and make them flow in the design. I will teach you about the land and how to change it. I can also teach you a little in blender to make your own mesh bits. Possibilities are endless.
I will remain with you until your build is complete and you are happy.
