LOD is a little low so I price it low. Works very well as a first time home. Set your LOD to 4 in your Preferences --> Graphics

Well worth the price, but beware!
I am using the build for a stage set, for one of our shows, so my intended use is different than most people. Yes, the building is copyable - modifyable - no transfer but the palm trees are NOT modifyable, which is fine for me, I just used different ones.
