A work of art
This building is a work of art, it is a versatile building that can be used for many purposes. The LI is low, I did increase the size which doubled the LI and it still looks just as good. A very reasonable price too. The walls look nice recoloured as well choosing a charcoal grey for mine. Good work!
Too much prims
45 prims for this simple building is not state of the art.

This build is versatile. I used mine for my tropical home. Roomy two-floor interior and only 45 prims!
