This is rigged mesh so you can not tweak the size or move the mesh around but it is copy so you can tint the colour to match it with clothes. It's pure whote that can be a little too bright looking at some sims on Midday so you can tint it light grey to hack the brightness without lose the white feel.
This is a traditional Norwegian knitwear called Selburosen (Rose of Selbu). Selbu is a small village in Trøndelag, Norway. The pattern is tracked back to the middle of the 1800's. Norwegians wear this woollen knitwear all winter to keep the cold outside. It's just as common today as it was back in 1850. You can't get anything more Norwegian than this.
