This is a 3 dimensional wall hanging. (not a flat prim) The stylized stagecoach is designed to be displayed from the front only. It is invisible from the other side. It is 1.5 meters long as shown and is 7 prims. Like all mesh objects, if you make it smaller it can use as little as 1 prim or conversely it can take more prim space if you make it larger.
