Subscriber Kiosk Affiliate Vendor Kit Version 1.45

1.0 General Description
----------------------
The Subscriber Kiosk Affiliate Vendor Kit allows you to sell my popular Subscriber Kiosk products and receive a 20% commission on each sale. You are not expected to provide customer support or manual re-delivery of Subscriber Kiosk products. Please ask customers to contact me directly via either IM or notecard.

The Subscriber Kiosk Affiliate Vendor Kit it is comprised of the following two single prim vendors and this notecard:

1. Subscriber Kiosk Main Vendor: Sells Master Kiosks, Remote Kiosks, Combos (Master + Remote) and free (L$1) Master Demo (limited to 100 subscribers) and a Buyer Guide notecard.

2. Subscriber Kiosk Accessory Vendor: Sells optional Subscriber Kiosk accessory items such as the SISBox, Remote TC Kiosk, Discount Vendor, Discount Sale Vendor, Embedded Inviter, Archive Controller, Subscriber Purge Device, Online Sender, Greeter, Send Timer, and Buyer Guide notecard.

The product mix above and the texture displayed on the vendor face may be updated periodically and automatically from my server, with new items being added and obsolete items being deleted.

2.0 Setup

Simply rez both of the above vendors. Grant the vendors permission to debit your Linden account and wait for confirmation from my server that the affiliate license has been granted. The vendors are now ready to start selling Subscriber Kiosks and paying you a commission. NOTE: Commission is not paid on purchases made by the vendor owner (you).

3.0 Vendor Customization

The vendors are modifiable so you can change the size to fit your available space. Please don't change the shape or the texture displayed on the vendor face may become distorted.

You can optionally customize a vendor via its "MPAS Vendor Config" notecard to specify how/if hover text is displayed and whether your commission should be split with a partner.

4.0 Money Transactions

You will need to grant permission (via the drop down box when you rez the vendor) for the vendors to take Lindens from you because the full amount customers pay when they purchase an item is initially credited your account. The vendor then debits your account for 80% of the purchase price, leaving you with a 20% commission.

5.0 Vendor Menu
-------------------
The Subscriber Kiosk vendor works differently than most vendors you see in Second Life. It uses a unique, menu-less TouchPoint technology that allows each vendor to sell multiple products yet be only one prim. Operation is simple. Customers simply touch (left-click) the face of the vendor at the product they want to buy. A popup dialog box, as well as hover text and chat, will tell them how much the selected product costs and advises them to right-click on the vendor to buy it. From the pie menu, they select "Pay". Clicking on the price button in the Fast-Pay window completes the transaction. To select a different item, just left click on it. There are also buttons on the vendor to get information or cancel the transaction. If the customer wants to buy as a gift, they simply enter the giftee's name in chat prior to paying.

If the vendor owner (you) touches the vendor, you will see some additional buttons:
Restart: Causes the vendor to re-start, renewing its affiliate license and updating its database and textures from the server.
Memory: Displays the amount of free memory available in the vendor.
