A highly detailed Castle Manor with two large rooms and three hallways on the ground floor, an enclosed courtyard, three large rooms on the second floor. A large spiral staircase connects all the floors including acess to the roof with a trapdoor at the top to ensure security. Both the double front doors and the roof trapdoor are able to set to group acess, guest list, lock, and many, many other settings to fit your needs.
The Sullivan Manor also comes with a large fireplace in the main room on the ground floor. All textures are high res and no low quality here. The Manor comes in a self-rezzing box that after rezzing the small box on the ground before you, raise it and face it the direction you want the Manor to face and at what elevation above the ground or in the air. Then simply left click the box and a drop-down menu will appear and presto, the Manor will unpack and setup itself.
After this is done, you are able to move or rotate the Manor simply by selecting the small box itself and by moving it, you move or rotate the manor. I am very proud of this manor and have named it after my best friend, Sara Sullivan who is a phenomenal builder herself and we have worked together on alot of projects over the years.
