It's a lovely hat for next to nothing! It can even be manoevered to hide a reasonably "full" hair. Haven't textured it yet but I cant see a problem. It's lovely.

The review before mine has me irritated enough to take the time to write my own. If you have even basic editing skills, you don't need a HUD. I personally HATE color-change HUDs. Not as much as I hate resizers, but still...
First of all, it's just 20 lindens. Giving this an "average" review of 3 stars because it doesn't come with a color/texture HUD is rather unfair. This thing is practically free, and you're still not happy with it? Bugger off.
Second, while it's listed with no permissions, it in fact does have Copy and Mod perms, so you can basically go nuts with texturing and tinting this hat. Really then it's just a question of the quality of the mesh model itself - which is rather good. 2364 complexity is maybe a little high for just a hat, but a lot of that is probably the flower.. anyway, it's not a deal-breaker by any means.
Nicely modeled, Copy/Mod permissions let you tailor it to match any outfit.. and it's only 20 Lindens. This is a great little hat and it's practically free.
