Total Land Impact 20, individual LI as as follows:

Chairs x 4 (each) = LI 3
Umbrella = LI 4

Summer Outdoor Setting is copy and modify permissions so you can edit it as you like to match your home decor. The set will show in your inventory as no modify but that is only because the chairs sit scripts and sit animations are no modify. This will not affect your ability to edit the prims.
