This home is fully furnished, and comes with a hide a basement, just click the rug in front of the side door to enter. A full kitchen..family area and full bar in the basement. Outside Patio with loungers and drinks menu. This home fits a 38 x 33 Foot prints. I have added a prim in the sales box... place the adjusting height adjusting prim on your land and place the rez box on top of it. this will give you the proper height for this home, then hit rezz. As i said it's fully furnished and is only 161 prims (Land Impact ) when you take the rez box back.
