Rez problems
It rezzes fully on the ground not in the air. Its more decoration. It looks OK form the outside. But 145 prims is a little overdue

Not too bad.
This build has been on the Marketplace for many years. I purchased it for the first time years ago, then deleted it, now I have re-purchased it. I think the outside design is cool, but the inside is def dated. It needs an elevator, or a teleport. If you have some land, and you want to rent a unit, this is your building. The apartments are big, and in a "L" shape layout. No security, no tintable windows. Enjoy!
