A super little house for your first home, or if you need a low prim house for your site then this is ideal taking only 33 prims in total. The House has a Sun Deck, Automatic opening and closing doors, TP Stations, and a porch entrance to give it that "Spanish" feel, complete with Vines covering the front.
There are also many Land owners who have purchased this house for their renters in order to give them a nice house to live in but with prim savings, and of course the price is cheap lol.
