This skybox is Rez Faux packed, will be easy to move all the items and store them when you are happy with their position. Also the snow is copy/mod, you may transform their shape or remove it.

The build is very nicely done, but it is labeled incorrectly however on the permissions. It says it's copy, mod, no trans. and it is actually copy, no mod, no trans. So you can not modify it at all. It is a very nice build and looks good, but you can't put your own personal touches into it any. So if you good with it as it is then I say grab it up. They did a good job on it. :)
