1– None of my items can be given as freebie under any condition
2- My items cannot be given away in HUNTS or similar organizations.
3– My items can not be sold as fashion kits or builder’s kit (the way I sell it) under any condition (in Second Life or on marketplace.secondlife.com) .
Your product must be an end product. It should not enable or encourage your buyers to re-create them. That involves not including UV maps, shadow maps, sculpt maps or any other material that helps fashion designers and builders to create their products using my templates.
4– My items can't be sold with my textures under any condition. Minor tweaks to bend around this rule are not accepted (such as changing the color: it shouldn't resemble the original). UV Maps, shadow maps and sculpt maps are also considered as my textures.
5- The price can not be any less then its current selling price if you are selling it. The price can not be any less then %15 of its current selling price..
:: Can I sell your items in Second Life as is?
- My items can not be sold as a fashion kit, builders kit or as is
- My items can not be sold with the textures provided
- They can not be sold with a price any less than its current selling price if you are selling full perm.
:: Can I sell your items as full perm?
No, as I sell my items as full permission, and would prefer customers purchase my designs from me.
:: Can I sell your items on Marketplace?
Yes providing above conditions.

No, as the reason is stated above.

No, for the same reasons above

No, they can’t be sold or given away under any conditions.
::I bought your full perm superhero bodysuits and I was wondering if I used textures that were completely my own, that did not come from you and I used those on the bodysuits. Would that still be considered “as is” or would I be able to sell the bodysuits that had all my textures on the Marketplace?
You can sell it as you mentioned.
:: If I buy your source files can I upload them to other grids and use or sell them there?
I currently do not sell source files but I can on a case by case scenario, IM me or send me a Notecard and I will get back to you no later than 48hrs
:: Can you define “You can not sell it as is (stand alone)?
You can not sell it as it is or stand alone means you need to re-texture my creations or include them in your creations to be able to sell them. For example you can sell my bodysuit creation with your own boots using your own textures, however you can not sell only the bodysuit with the textures I provide (you need to create your own texture to sell the bodysuit). Please note minor tweaks such as changing color is considered as cheating my ToS and not accepted. If you are selling only the bodysuit with your own textures (as an example) please make sure you abide by my ToS otherwise all the copies you sold might be deleted by Linden Labs.
