Tenant simply pays the box to rent upon your specified choice of prices and leasing periods. Feature optional rental discount is available if rented longer at one time. User-friendly in both landlord and tenant point of views. You can have all of your places ready-to-rent in no time.

All purchase comes with a 3-prim customer vendor which helps your customers to sell their items quick and ease of management - selling 30 items only in 3 prims. On top of that we also include an unique rez-and-done automatic teleporter board. Simply by rezzing this TP board on your sim entrance or landing point, your visitors will feel welcoming and can never be easier to shop.

The creation of this rental box is not only focusing on the end-result as a normal rental box does, but also to optimize the entire setup process. It saves you time and effort as well as the ease of management. You will be amazed how easy and fast to setup this system in regard to its reliability and functionality.

THE RENTAL BOX

You have places to rent, e.g. shops, malls, skyboxes, homes etc..
You want a simple but powerful rental box. It is used to pay the box and rent. No fancy unnecessary functions required.

* Period - Rental period choice of hour, day or week. Ideal for all temporary, short and long term occasions.
* Discount Ratio - Besides the usual rental price, a discount rate is used if renting longer at the same time, e.g. renting 4 weeks at a time is relatively cheaper than renting 1 week from 4 different times. It can be disable when no discount is offered.
* Rental Extension - Tenant is able to extend the rental any time, no limitation on maximum rental period.
* Rental Info Notecard - Customize a notecard to give to the person who touches the rental box when it is vacant.
* Tenant Notice Notecard - Customize a notecard to give to the tenant who just rented or made extension to the rent.
* Position - Fully adjustable for the info box position just after rented. Suitable for any place layout.

THE CUSTOMER VENDOR

You have rented the shops to your customers.
You want your customers can sell their items quickly nice and easy, as well as to optimal and effectively to use the prims.

* Low Prim Count - Each vendor only uses 3 prims, and can sell up to 30 items.
* Item Texture - Vendor presented in a classic user-friendly 2-arrows browsing format with optional texture for each item.
* Floating Text - ON/OFF customizable by the tenant.
* Notification - ON/OFF IM sale notification to the vendor owner.
* Security - only current tenants is able to rez and use the vendor.

THE TELEPORTER BOARD

You have rental boxes all over your land.
You want a teleporter board which allows visitors easily browse through all shops and locations at a glance.

* Location Texture - TP board presented in a classic user-friendly 2-arrows browsing format with optional texture for each location.
* Floating Text - ON/OFF of the shop's owners as well as the their locations.
* Notification - ON/OFF IM notification when someone arrives at shop.
* Automatic - Rez and ready design. Super easy to use highlighting features from the famous Simple TP Board. Auto-syncing any new tenant location as well as location removal when rental expires.
