nice wooden hut for fishing, as a beach hut or for renting out
it has a single room 11 x 11 m and a patio 4 x 12 m and needs an overall space of 12,5 x 15,5 m
there is a wind vane on top that moves with sl winds
I added a fireplace and a plant, pigeon and a bench to get you started ;-)
it's a mixture of mesh prims and sculpts and in order to keep prims low not all parts are linked - so please make sure to select them all if you want to move the structure - best rez in edit mode
