The structure is packed into a rezzer - one click rezz. Footprint is 62x64 meters. You land size must be at least 4096 or bigger. 171 prims ( unfurnished)

The Swamp Man Approves!
This is one of my favorite builds to use in my swamp scene. The skybox is fantastic!! Best of all you can unlink the house and use in other platforms or better yet your swamp - tidal marsh landscaping on the ground. This shack is the bomb! I hope he does this in a mesh build sometime in the future.
