I have built a wonderfull msall dock with it. An it useful not only as dock. I used the fences and pillars as fence / border System at my dancefloor. With the large pillars I could use my ONE Prim String Lights too at my dock and border.

There were some cheaper piers on the market but I'm so glad I got this one, the style is lovely and the details are really nice. It makes a perfect walkway, staircase, or- in our case- hidden getaway on a private beach! It gets a bit primmy on larger builds like these, (mine were around 36-65 LI I believe, and these pictures were the smaller of the two so I think it's mostly the stairs that add up) but it's well worth it for something that adds so much character.

A Must Have
My brother used this in one of his venues and a sim I use to run. It's very easy to use and reconstruct with. It gives a stunning appearance and has multiple uses. Absolutely love it!
