The house was created with a large yard, comfortable to place garden furniture of your choice.
Behind the house there are stairs to go up to the roof in case you want to use it.
Inside there is a hall with separate rooms with a wall to slightly separate the hall, it is spacious and comfortable to put your furniture. It also contains two windows for decoration.
The whole building is linked and is easy un-linked and modify it as you like on your parcel except the DOOR.
The door is a separate piece and contains open-close and locks with a simple touch AND IS NO MODIFY & transfer only copy.
It is only 47 prims!
