This is a kisser. If someone has access to your kisser it will send a message in the nearby chat, play a kiss sound, and have kiss lip particles.
You can set the kiss message, the deny message(when someone touches your kisser and they're not on the access list). You can also turn off the kiss sounds or the particles.
This kisser her as an RLV lock. If you enable the RLV lock the kisser will not come off even if you change your outfit.
If you and your partner are both wearing a kisser, the kiss particles can go to your partner's lips. This gyazo below will demonstrate this effect.
