There are 5 deformers in this package, for different tail lengths. You will need to try them on and see which you like more; some will look smoother than others based on your shape.

I. Love. This. TAIL!
I have been wearing this tail literally constantly for the past four years. It's the only tail I could find that wasn't "fluffy", and I really love that. And the AO is superb.
The people in here complaining about not being able to turn off the ribbon are wrong. This tail allows mod, and the ribbon/bell are separate texture faces that can be made invisible via the texture edit menu (not the hud, but just the regular SL rightclick>edit menu).
My only complaint is that, in the static poses hud, once you've activated a static pose, you can change which one is playing, but you can't just turn it off. You have to take the hud off to turn the static poses off. But, with this hud allowing mod, and my cleverness, I was able to delete the script in the hud and rewrite my own that adds an "off" button to it. So, with that, no real complaints to speak of.
Well, I guess there is the minor complaint that the connection point doesn't *quiiiiite* make full contact with the small of my back. But... *shrug* Literally nobody except me has ever noticed that in the four years I've been wearing this thing.
I like to set the white version of the tail and then tint it to be any colour I want and save them as separate copies so I have a different colour tail to match any hairstyle.
I like it but...
I tried the demo and was quite pleased, but I thought surely the bow was an option item. I can't believe that can not be toggled off. There is a huge variety of outfits and sim themes that it clashes with. Bummer.
Amazing tail
This was already my favorite neko tail in SL, but recently discovering the Lena skirt (there's also lingerie, but sadly it isn't compatible with Hourglass) in the in-world store has just made it even better. If you aren't already sold on this tail (or one of the variations), do yourself a favor and check it out.
If I had one complaint, it's that the bow on the end of the tail can't be hidden; it's cute, but it seems odd that that's not even an option.

Great tail
The tail looks great and is relatively painless to use. Some more customisation might be nice (i.e. hiding the bow/bell), and it can be a pain to swap between the static poses and the full animations.
