{Syrup} The Motel

This is a modular motel room - meaning it comes as 1 room, but you can copy it out in a line to create a motel with as many rooms as you'd like!

This is a Mod and Copy PBR (only) motel room approx 10m x 7m. It's 38li Unfurnished including a full working bathroom and animated drapery. A wall desk, mirror, nightstand, lamps, telephone and phonebook are included to help flesh out the room. It also has working lights, and ambient probe lighting, plus some mix and match texture choices to help you set your mood.
