If you choose to purchase one of my kits, please know that you agree and understand that usage of this kit is subject to certain limitations. These limitations will change depending on your peers, as rules change depending on ignorance levels.

In this kit, you have direct access to the .PNG textures - these are flat textures.
If you would like access to the Master File PSD - you will need to contact me privately.

⊹˚₊‧{ Required Tools }
1. Working knowledge of exporting and importing textures.
2. Understanding of photo editing software, primarily for these files: Photoshop.
Alternative Examples: Krita, PaintTool Sai, Kamvas, Clip Studio Paint, Substance Painter.

⊹˚₊‧{ Usage Guidelines }
1. Do NOT REMOVE the logo(s) from the background.
I have made sure that it should not impede your texturing at all.
If you do have issues with the logo, please let me know and I will fix it immediately.
2. You MUST credit me as the template owner (Styxx Starchild/ICHOR ). Credits must be included in your item description on Caspervend/Marketplace as well as a link back to my Marketplace or the direct link to the kit itself. If you are not selling your items on marketplace you must provide this information in your demos/notecards for/included in your products. You do NOT have to include this information on your advertisements.
3. You may utilize this kit to create your own mods, tattoos, make up and skin textures as you see fit.
4. Commercial and Personal usage are allowed only within Second Life and only by the original account that purchases this kit. You may not distribute this to alternate accounts.
5. You must use the kit as a base, it is not intended to be sold as-is.
Example: Uploading the base shading and selling them as is, is prohibited - this includes full-white skins.
6. You may alter and adapt these files as needed for other bodies.
7. You may not resell the original files, unmodified or otherwise.
8. You may not pass these files/textures/items along to others or alternate accounts.
9. You may not claim the work as your own, you must always credit back to me, (Ichor) Styxx Starchild / AmbiQT.
10. You may not utilize portions of this kit or others to create your own kit for resale; my work is not to be redistributed in any capacity.

⊹˚₊‧{ AI Usage: Prohibited }
Creations, including but not limited to 3D models, textures, animations, and any other assets created by Ichor/AMBIX (Styxx Starchild/AmbiQT) shall not be utilized for any purpose related to artificial intelligence usage or its training. This limitation applies to all projects, commercial and/or personal.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property Rights
2.1 Ownership: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and any other proprietary rights, in and to the creations generated through the Services shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Styxx Starchild. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting You ownership or any rights to the creations.
2.2 Use of Creations: You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the creations solely for the purposes explicitly permitted by these Terms. Any use beyond the scope of these Terms, AI usage or training, is prohibited.

3. Restrictions and Obligations
3.1 Prohibited Uses: You agree that You shall not, directly, or indirectly:
a. Use the creations for any AI usage or training, including but not limited to training AI models, machine learning, neural networks or any future advancements, releases or builds that extend beyond the current scope of Artificial Intelligence.
c. Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices contained in the creations.
d. Use the creations in a manner that infringes upon or violates any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
e. Use the creations for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose, or in connection with any illegal activity.

3.2 Compliance with Laws: You shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights while using this product.

4. Termination
4.1 Termination by You: You may terminate these Terms at any time by ceasing to use the Services and destroying all copies of the creations in Your possession.
4.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate these terms, restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to our Services or any part thereof, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if you violate any provision of these terms or engage in any unauthorized use of the creations.
