The word "articuled" (I believe articulated is what you meant to say) should not be used for this.
"Somewhat bendable" would be more appropriate as it's mirrored and only pivots in a couple places down the center, so whatever you do to the left side also happens to the right side.
It looks OK but is not as described as I can not "place it in the position you want" so it's useless to me. Truth in advertising matters.
