You have land and 69 prims left on it?
How about a prison skybox which comes ready to role play with every of the 9 rooms plus floor fully furnished?
The skybox is 29x29 m in size so it fits in any square 1000 m² parcel. The overall land impact is only 69 prims so it really cant be build more low prim than it is - that is what we can do well.
The prison is build with three small and secure ISO-cells in a narrow floor, two big group cells witn bunk beds near the spacy floor where you also can access the showers, the medical center, office and the cantina. This rooms are secured by lockable doors but can also be unlocked separately to grant access to the prisoners.
The furniture is scripted like all chairs have multiple sit poses, the beds and the sofa have sit and lay poses (all without ugly poseballs!), the shower has a "wash" and two "frisk" poses and even the cantine cooker can be switched on and off.
Also included is mesh inmate-uniform for men and women with copy and trans permissions. For men we have orange pants in all sizes, for women we have a dress or a harness in yellow comes in all sizes.
The cells are also furnished and RLV scripted. They are very secure and no prisoner can escape without cheating. We used the trusty CC-script with this features:

The lockable doors to the office, medical center, shower and cantina and also the gates work as followed:
You can add and remove people to the door so they can lock and unlock it and access it if locked.
Commands (local chat):
hide,show can be used anytime, lock, unlock and add only if the door is active (opened)...
* lock - say lock in local when door is open
* unlock - say unlock in local when door is open
* add <resident name> - example add tithja Resident (make sure R is capital in Resident)
* remove <resident name> - example remove tithja Resident
* change time <seconds> - example change time 20
* say list - to show the list of people who are in access list
/5 hide in local makes the door invisible
/5 show in local makes the door visible
(The "blastopen" option is deactivated to make it more secure.)
If you have any trouble with seeing mesh and/or sculpted items (if it looks weird until you are close) than go to the debug options type in the window “rendermaxNodeSize” - This value should be at 8192.

Nice medium-sized prison
100% mesh, low land impact. I know and own some of the components used in the construction of this prison, all are pretty high quality. This skybox has more than you'd think it would for the LI, and plenty of space to add your own flavor. The only prison niche this can't really fit is medieval, but for everything from modern to sci-fi, this will work wonderfully.
Side note: to get into a skybox, all you need to do is enable double-click to TP, or even place a teleporter. If you can't figure that out, read a wiki and learn to SL.
