DESCRIPTION:
A full perm mesh tree as shown in the picture. It comes with and without vegetation at the foot.
The tree is made of two separate meshes linked together, which means you can use each mesh for other projects.
If you need more textures for the tree, you can buy the texture pack or use the textures in one of the mesh packs you see under "Related Items".
LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The tree has the land impact (LI) described in the title. The LI of 2 is for the tree with ground vegetation. Stretching the tree will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:
This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
