DESCRIPTION:
With this kit you can build the mesh Fir tree you see on the picture. It's very similar to a sculpted Fir tree I have made earlier (see "Related Items" at the bottom, please) but it has a land impact (LI) of 2 which is one less than the sculpted version. Unlike the sculpted version, the LI for this tree will go up if you stretch it so if you need the tree to be big, I suggets you get the sculpted version.
The extra textures for the sculpted Fir tree can be used for this one too (see "Related Items").
The tree comes with a ground shadow which can be unlinked.
This tree is also part of the "T-Spot Mesh Christmas Tree no. 1 - Full Perm Kit" (See "Related Items" please) so if you already have that, there's no need to get this one too :-)
LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:
This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
- copy/modify
- copy
- modify
- transfer
It is not permitted to resell larger structures made from the linked parts in a single plant kit alone. There have to be components from other full perm pack and/or designers (or your own full perm items) included in the project.
