DESCRIPTION:
A small flower tree, shaped as a heart. The tree comes in two mesh versions, where one only has flowers on he back and front, whereas the other model also has flowers on the sides. The textures for the flower and the bark are included as is, in the purchase.

SIZE & LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The trees have the land impact (LI) of 0.6 and 0.9, depending on the amount of flower cover. Stretching the trees will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
