T-Spot Mesh - Old Stone Fountain - Full Perm - LI=3.5

DESCRIPTION:

An old stone fountain, overgrown with moss and not working any longer. The fountain is made in a classic, Italian design. I've added a ground shadow to the fountain, but you can unlink it from the fountain if you don't need it.

The texture is handpainted and included as is, in the purchase. I've also included a shadow map which allows you to make your own texture without losing the shadows.

I've also made a broken cobbletones piece which goes really well with the fountain. You can find it under "Related Items"

LAND IMPACT:

The bench itself has a precise land impact (LI) of 0.5, and with the ground shadow a LI of 1.0, but both numbers will result in 1 prim when the bench is rezzed. Stretching the bench will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.
