DESCRIPTION:
A full perm mesh Birch tree with fresh summer leaves. The tree is about 8.2 m. tall.
You can find an autumn and a vinter version of the tree too or you can buy this tree and get the foliage texture of your choice in my inworld store and save yourself a bit of L (just click on "See Item in Second Life" to go to where the tree and the texture vendor is).
LAND IMPACT (prim count):
The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

Lovely and Lifelike
Amazing full-perm product, especially for the price. Very lifelike, low impact, and really added the perfect touch to my cottage in the Scottish Highlands. Be sure to purchase Teresa's autumn and winter textures in her in-world store (only L$50 each) for an all-season stand of trees. (And, Teresa is a doll. When I needed a texture to be redelivered, she did it with a smile and some cordial chat.) An all-around win!!
