A full perm rugged tree, as shown in the picture.
The tree is made with foliage textures with slightly pink flowers.
Al textures are included as is in the purchase.

The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.
You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

Nice work and rendering (but insufficient viewing distance for a tree)
The rendering is beautiful. It's a nice tree with pink flowers. But it disappear after about 100 meters (no sufficient distance for a tree which must be able to see from afar).
