T-Spot Mesh - Rustic Winter Log Cabin - Full Perm - 18 x 10 m - LI = 20

This is a one room mesh log cabin in a rustic look in a winter version with lots of snow on the roof. I have put a great effort into giving the cabin that special winter atmosphere look with a cosy feeling inside. The cabin has thick wall- and roof beams and a small, cosy patio suitable for depositing sleighs, snow shoes, dirty boots and skis - or even a bench or rocking chair :-)

The cabin's footprint is approximately 18 x 10 meter and it has a land impact (LI) of 20 when all meshes and the two collision prims are counted in (they are needed for the floor and the walls). If you strecth the parts, the land impact will go up.

All meshes and textures are my own, original work. The textures are handpainted and several are custom made for the cabin. Others are made seamless to fit all kinds of items.

The cabin comes with a fireplace and firelogs included but other than that it's unfurnished. The scripts in the firelogs and the door are the only scripts running. They are full perm too and can be accessed by editing the door/firelogs and copying the contedts in the scripts into a new script.

HOW TO WORK WITH THE CABIN:

Just rez the cabin and rotate and position it. if you want to use the cabin for a project or just want to change the textrues, it's a good idea to put the collisions prims for the floor and the walls aside while you're working so you can get easy access to all mesh parts.

PERMISSIONS:

This item is full perm and suitable for commercial use. However, you may only sell/share the contents as part of your building projects and not as is. If you choose to resell or share, please make sure the permissions are changed to less than full, except copy/transfer. The above conditions for reselling/sharing also apply for modified versions of the textures.
