T-Spot Mesh - Shiny Fantasy Tree - FP - LI=0.9

DESCRIPTION:

A fantasy tree with high shine and pretty patterns conveyed through the use of PBR materials. The tree comes in the three color versions, shown in the photos.

The PBR materials are included in the purchase.

LAND IMPACT (prim count):

The land impact (LI) of the trees is 0.9 in the size it's delivered in. Stretching the trees will increase the LI.

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
