T-Spot Mesh - Withering Fern Patch No. 3 - Full Perm - LI=0.7

ITEM DESCRIPTION:

A forest ground patch with a withering fern on, as shown in the photos. If you don't want the forest ground to be showing, just set that part of the mesh to 100% transparency, in the build menu.

There is one mesh model and four textures included in the purchase.

LAND IMPACT (prim count):

The item has the land impact (LI) described in the title. Stretching the item will increase the LI.

PERMISSIONS:

This is a full permission pack for private as well as for commercial use.

You can do as you please with the contents of the pack for private use.

As far as commercial use is concerned, none of the the constituents in the pack may be redistributed as is but only as part of a project and only with the following permission settings:
