When I bought this product, it was no-copy, and when I contacted the maker, he didn't respond after about a week. So I went ahead and posted a one-star review. But since then, the maker has fixed the mistake and was very polite about it. So I am adjusting my review accordingly. Other than the original no-copy issue, the product itself is very nice. I like that it's basic (does anyone really check their email from SL? Just open your web browser!), yet also interactive - great animations! and that you can change the color and put custom photos in it. I think the guests at my coffee shop will enjoy these laptops. Thanks to Nico for making such a nice product at a fair price AND correcting the issue.
