For starters...

You CANNOT Transfer this item.

It will say "No Modify" but you should be able to rez it and edit textures, add poses, edit the menu, and even change the name. It will say "No Modify" because some of the animations have that permission.

Now... what is this?
You will get 2 chairs: 1 tan and 1 jade. You can change the color.

This chair is a menu-driven system using pose balls to animate and pose your avatar. It has the following:

The purpose of this furniture is for you your house or venue where people will sit and talk together. It offers a variety of poses that will make for interesting situations as you live your life in SL. It is IDEAL for people who roleplay normal life--lounging in their home before going to the club, entertaining friends, and other life activities.

======== MODIFICATIONS =========

First, Rez the chair and select it for edit.

1. COLOR CHANGE: Go to the TEXTURE tab and pick the color you want to use.

2. ADDING POSES

This is not trivial. However, it is also not hard. Steps for adding a pose is (!!! after opening the CONTENTS tab and dragging the notecards to your inventory for safe keeping as a backup!!!!), to do the following:

A. Drag the new pose to the chair and add it to the CONTENTS tab.

B. Open the ".MENUITEMS" notecard. Study the card until you understand the formatting. It is very important that you do not change the name of any of the poses listed, any of the animations in the contents, or animation names on the notecard.

C. Find a menu into which you wish to list your new pose. Follow the format of the other poses and add a line to the card. NOTE: Menus can have only 12 options each, including Stop, Stand, Back, etc.

D. Save the note card.

E. Activate the chair, go to a known-good pose and sit.. Now, select the new pose. You will NOT be in the right place Go to the "OPTIONS" menu and select "Adjust Pos." Long partly transparent rods will appear. Use these to position your avatar. When done, Click "Save Pos" and watch local chat. The chair will tell you the newly saved pose and a bunch of numbers.

F. Open the ".POSITIONS" note card. Study the format. Copy from local chat the text for the new pose that matches the format. Paste this text to the ".POSITIONS" notecard and save.

E. Click the "ShutDown" button, then select "Restart" and the new pose will be ready to use.

This is a standard, very common menu system, so many, many people in SL will be familiar with it.
