<TA Vagabond>Anywhere Beech Blanket System

There you are… on the beach. Nowhere to lay down! Well, the <TA Vagabond>Anywhere Beech Blanket has your back!

Yeah… this is not as elegant as a fancy rezzed beach lounger, but you can use it anywhere! You DO NOT need building privileges!

NO LAND IMPACT (because you are wearing it)!

Now, you can keep sand out of your swim suit!

== How It Works & Detailed Instructions ==

So, this is sort of a hack allowing you to use a beach towel/blanket anywhere in SL.

You get a HUD with the poses in it.

1. So, first off, initialize the HUD. Attach it to your HUD, It will go through a startup routine. Next, click the yellow disk icon (See pictures) and select either the male or female setup. It will grind out some more initializing. Now, the HUD is ready, and you should then turn your main HUD off. DON'T WORRY, this HUD as passable standing and walking in it.

2. Find a place you want to lay or sit on your beach pad.

3a. Click the red "Sit! button on your HUD counting up from bottom, there's an arrow, a power button, then the "Sit!" button. This will put you into a pose on (or near) the ground.

3b. Click the "Which sit?" button. It is under the blue button and above the orange button. Pick one of the poses as desired.

4. There are three versions of the beach pad. They attach to your avatar in the right place, so just "Add" or "Wear" them. One is for the ON BACK pose. One is for the ON STOMACH pose. One is for SIT poses.

(Remember, we are hacking the system, so this is a bit ragged, but it's cool and it works!!!)

5. Adjust your hover height as desired (see images for one method).

6. Click the beach pat to find one that matches your swimsuit!

OPTIONAL You can right-click --> edit the beach pad to tweak its size, rotation, and position on your body. You can ALSO go to the "Textures" tab and change the tint. You can ALSO go to the "Contents" tab and drop in new textures. The script will detect them and allow them to become an option.

7. In order to NOT look SILLY, remember to detach the beach pad before stand up! You might want to practice somewhere private!

--- The Back Story ---

A new resident to SL wound up outside the TA workshop / office / house. After greeting her and gifting her an AO, she said she was going to do something and asked if she could stand on the side of the sky platform. She was invited inside to use a couch or chair but she said she'd just "camp out" off to the side.

The Vagabond idea was born!
