This is a simple, 3 prim hut for your dock area.

Backstory: Tess spent the better part of 3 hours looking for a small, low-prim hut to go with the Seaside look and feel for a niche rental property. Finding a lot of drastically-out-of-scale textures that just didn't look right, she decided to just make this.

It is not fancy, but dressed up with a bunch of signs from MarketPlace, it does the job.

It is Copy/Mod, so you can have some fun with it. If you decide to change textures, you'll need to keep in mind that the hut is a hollowed out cube, meaning the inside texture is annoying!

We are adding a door that matches. The door is 1 more prim. Tess added the scripts to her door that go with her rental system so that it opens and locks and all that.

But!!!! She found a couple of scripts in her inventory from a zillion years ago, so you get those. She thinks she used them at some point a decade ago, but… yeah… so…
