Alcyon is a black kilt in grungy black fabric featuring a wide leather belt with long tassels, chains, horns and a skull in a glass tube. The belts come in black leather with a couple of steel buckles.

Tried it and it sucks. It doesn't form right to any avi, so im confused as to how this was even released.
